Food Products For Your Type

List of food products for different personality types.

Filum lab food list is not a recommendation of a dietician. People who suffer from certain allergies or diseases should avoid the consumption of the products from our list that can trigger their allergy or damage their health no matter of what kind of personality type or ITT they have. You will do everything at your own risk and in accordance with your individual health status or in accordance with the advice of your doctor. We are also not responsible for the quality of the products that you can buy at your local market.

You need to consider some nutritional factors that are more likely may affect your health:

1st factor – it is not recommended to eat the products all the time that are exotic to you. That means that you should avoid to eat the products that you and your parents didn’t eat usually according to your geography or place of residence.

2nd factor – you should avoid to eat the same or similar products all the time if those products may contain the same variety and amount of minerals and vitamins. Eating these products all the time may cause overabundence of such vitamins and minerals in your health.

3rd factor – it is not recommended to consume often the long-life products, canned food or products that contain sugar, yeast, biphenyl, wax, preservatives and another different chemical additives that may trigger your allergy and affect your health negatively.

4th factor – many products from the list may have similar names, sorts and varieties and need to be cooked properly.

The food products that were excluded from the list are presumably associated with an individual intolerance to certain organisms. We assume that this is due to their genetic compound. The consumption of such unwanted products during a long period, probably may have an impact on a metabolism and cause allergy or other adverse reactions which we are still studying.
